Little buddies and good quotes

This past week at Mommy & Me yoga, Owen made a friend.

His little buddy recently turned two and it was ridiculously cute seeing them play together.

At the end of class, our yoga teacher shared this quote:

Having a child changes you on a cellular level. How you see, feel, and think about everything in your life...your relationships, career, spirituality, success, friendships, love, self...everything shifts. You have joined a club that has a lifetime membership, and you will never be exactly the same "you" as you were before becoming a mother...a parent. Embrace it.  Honor it.  Live it.  Love it.
